1/5 Stars - What a terrible service, go elsewhere.

To start off with, this rating system is terribly flawed. I **have** to give 1 star? I can't give zero...what a way to pad your own rating system. Do you even read these things or do you selectively share the ones that are favourable?

I will say as a veteran member of the Brotherhood, I was glad to see the Office of the Regent become established. For too long the members of this organization have been stuck living off the good graces of their, often incompetent, clan leadership allowing access to the clan inventory and armouries. Cutting these oligarch-ingrates out and allowing the Brotherhood to earn a slight profit off of selling personal property was a smart move, even if it was a closed off-market.

Sure, inventory was limited - but this isn't the galactic core, you want a better inventory then don't live in the backwater rim. Yes, customization was also limited but this is a fascist society not a democracy. You will use the state-provided inventory in the ways the state allows and it isn't here for your input. Take your 'freedumbs' and rugged individualism elsewhere.

However, what I cannot let go of is the absolute terrible service that is the Regent office. This is supposed to be a representation of the best our society offers. It's supposed to be efficient, quick, and uncomplicated. If I wanted something else, I would have supported the rebels.

Slow service, orders were messed up, returns and refunds are non-existent. Our clan liaison repeatedly disappears on duty only to be found sitting and drinking with the local tramps that can't find enough coin to space out of here. Multiple times my staff has had to interrupt her socializing and drinking so that our clan accounts could be settled out until the last invoice was hit with a gross over charge of $833,500 for 'service fees'. Multiple assets from other bills (that had already been settled out) were added to this final bill and when we disputed this with the liaison, she brought in Brotherhood security and we were told to settle before they started firing...

When we asked for management we were informed that our liaison was the manager for the night and reminded us that security had a midnight flight and we needed to resolve this before they departed. Never before as Consul, have I felt so strong-armed into paying a bill that wasn’t correct and also ended up being delayed in delivery.

With the Principate now offering Vizsla a route into their market, I have only one recommendation for my Mando’s and Mercenaries: Go there and avoid Arx Industries unless you like being bent over without lube for your wallet.

PS. Thran, feel free to keep sending your assassins. My life isn’t worth the credits you’ve wasted so far but my guards are bettered by the continued attempts. If it ever becomes an issue, your successor will be well informed and corrected.

Here is my submission for a complaint letter regarding failed shipment of items to CNS. I used a standard Memorandum For format that I used in military writing more times than I can recant. I also added a itemized list of the missing items as well as a quick drawing of the crime scene.

To whom it may concern,

I recently bought a “brand new” Military Bridge Assembly for my Corvette project, and the device came in broken crates and missing parts. The console had large gashes and large dents. It’s it fell from the shelf and was shipped on the front of the ship so it would hit every single rock in the galaxy.
I spent over 2 days trying to get a hold of customer service, only to be ignored and then told the part wasn’t under warranty, and I had to pay for a new part to be delivered.

Is this how you operate? I'd rather deal with the hutts. Their prices might be higher, but at least I know I’m getting quality parts!

*************************************************************************************************************
To: Chamber of Justice, Office of the Regent
From: Sato Tarentae (Field Asset B-543-75), Clan Naga Sadow
Subject: Formal Complaint #12, Defective Equipment Issued Under Cover of Brotherhood Markings,
Filed in Triplicate

My Lords,

Pursuant to Brotherhood Supply Regulation #670-1 and Brotherhood Readiness Standing Order #3, I submit the following report regarding the distribution of defective materials:

Ten standdard days ago, Clan Naga Sadow recieved yet another routine shipment from our Brotherhood procurement offices. The disposition of these supplies were at first insepection copastetic. All documentation was intact and correct. Manifests and chain of custody were verified at each stage of the logistical and disbursement processes. In truth, even a seasoned logistics officer would be hard put to discern any inconsisties or evidence of tampering or counterfeit. That stated, there were several items of equipment that were distributed which do not come close to the normal rigour of quality control that marks the excellence of Brotherhood supplies and suppliers.

The most egregious of the equpiment failures from this latest shipment include but are not limited to:

Tactical Armor Weave Panels (II Variant) Tensile testing in field conditions indicated structural failure at 47% below Brotherhood imposed tolerance standards. Microscopic examination via droid revealed cooling gradients inconsistent with all Brotherhood protocols.

Meditation Crystal Matrices (A-01 Series) Resonance tests demonstrated severe instability and shearing stresses under minimal Force usage. THe resulting unpredictable feeback loops left 8 of our 14 field assets seeking medical aid.

Phrik Alloy Billets (Batch Label-8675-309) — Upon metallurgical analysis, impurity concentrations measured 19% above Brotherhood tolerances. Multiple injuries were incurred during a routine training exercise when armor incorporating the compromised material failed.

As bad as these failures are, perhaps none were as significant to the downgrade of troop readiness than Field Ration (Shipment 98322). These rations were distributed to field forces on a routine readiness exercise. Within a half hour of consumption, the Med-facilities were overwhelmed with troops complaining of severe gastric distress. Overall the battalion's readiness was reduced from 92% combat ready to just over 37%.

As my Lords can see, an immediate and thorough investigation of Brotherhood supply depots and logistics personnel and processes is warranted. It is the belief of this field asset that the Brotherhood must act sooner than later to discern what systemic failures have led to the current situation.

Given under my hand,

SATO TARENTAE.
