Participation Type: Low Impact

When this competition starts, a bot message will be placed in the #button channel on the Brotherhood's Discord Server. This bot message will show a countdown timer indicating the end time of this competition, as well as a button. Whenever someone presses the button, the time remaining is registered to the person pressing the button, and the timer is reset. Placement at the end of the competition is determined by shortest time remaining when pressing the button, with ties broken by first button press. The catch: Every member can only press the button once.

• Gain access to the #button channel by granting yourself the Dee Dee role through the button in #settings.
• Press the button

TO WIN

• Press the button when it has a lower time remaining than it has when anyone else presses it

THE FINE PRINT

• Each member can only press the button once
• When the timer reaches zero, the competition ends and participation will not be possible anymore
• You can only press the button once
• The competition might end earlier than its indicated end date on the site
• The timer may be reset manually by competition administrators in case of Discord or bot outages at the Council's discretion
• Button presses are received and processed by the bot in sequential order, so when two people press the buttons near-simultaneously, a millisecond could make the difference. Note that in this case the counter would reset in-between processing the two button presses. This is intended behavior.
• The button can only be pressed once per user
• The competition might end early
