Competition: Where is the Time Going?

What do you mean it's February already?

Somehow, time has passed. Normally, that would be no reason to worry, but by some method or another, you notice that some days seem to be... missing. This week was only three days long, you can't even remember last week... You're pretty sure you'd notice if you slept through a whole day... right? Whatever the reason, you're missing days. Important days. You would've had a meeting yesterday, but nobody seems worried about you. Since nobody else seems to notice anything wrong, it's up to you to figure out what's stealing days before there aren't any left.

Rules:

• Entries will be judged using the Fiction Grading Rubric 3.0
• Use of AI is strictly forbidden.
• Entries must be a minimum of 500 words long
• MS Word, PDF, or the text box are preferred for submission format
