Competition: [Ascending Convergence: Phase III] The Aliso Code

As enemies flood the Aliso System, encrypted communications have spiked. Message traffic analysis has shown that the intruders across the system must be coordinating their efforts, but unless these messages can be unscrambled Clan Plagueis cannot move to counter them.

Each of the three phrases represents a scrambled anagram relating to the ongoing events of the incursion into the Aliso System. Your challenge is to decode the anagram back into the correct phrase.
