Competition: A Hidden Message

While cataloging all of the minute details uncovered within the Jedi Waystation ruins, one researcher found a suspicious message physically carved into the stone wall in one dusty chamber. With the sheer amount of work to be done and the relatively small team inside, they were forced to send the information back up to the surface team for deciphering. Using the resources available to you, provided by the Taldryan Republic, decipher the message and report its contents to your superiors.

Within the subscriber details you will find an encrypted text and a hastily constructed key. Use the key and your own knowledge of decryption to solve the cipher.
