Competition: The Hutt Vault (Fiction)

Running
The Hutt Vault (Fiction)

Your character or characters have one job: steal an ancient Sith Empire holocron from the Hutts on Tatooine. The artifact is locked away in a high-security vault, heavily protected by guards, traps, and alarms. A reckless smash-and-grab will not work. To succeed, they must be clever, careful, and quiet, getting in and out while drawing as little attention as possible. But once they reach the holocron, they may discover that the real danger is not getting into the vault, it is getting out while the Hutts host a party of rivaling crime families, who also want to have that holocron. And at least they were invited.
In a fiction of at least 500 words, tell the story of the heist, the risks your character or characters take, and whether they escape without setting the whole underworld on their trail.
