Competition: Preparations (Graphic)

The air feels heavy everywhere you go this month, regardless of planet or ship.

Draw a scene of your character preparing for something; a battle on the horizon, a confrontation they dread, a meeting they would rather avoid but cannot.

Examples could be your character in a meditative pose or perhaps looking out a window with a contemplative stare, perhaps a scene of their weapon taken apart for cleaning, maybe a hand idly scratching their pet for light comfort, a half-empty bottle of alcohol, everyone handles stress differently.

Rules:
-Entries must be submitted in one of the following formats: jpg, png, or gif.
-Both Traditional (hand-drawn) and digital mediums allowed.
-Reminder: AI-generated entries are NOT allowed.

Grading:
All entries will be graded using the DB’s Graphics Grading Rubric.
