Competition: [HAD LORE] Here There Be Creatures

Deep within the caverns yore, there dwelt strange creatures of lore...and something, something galore. Anywho, while archaeologists continue their excavations, a team of field biologists and ecologists has been studying the various creatures depicted on painted murals, vessels, and carvings. Hoping to discover some of these creatures in the subterranean ecosystem, you have been tasked by the Quaestor to assist the team.

Your task is to create a creature dossier and write about a chance encounter with said creature. Include some notes regarding observed appearance, behavior, and anything else of interest. The description must be 100 words minimum. You are to also include an image of the discovered creature.

Rules
* You may submit your Intelligence Dossier in one of the following formats: .pdf, .html, .png, .jpg.
* Your submissions must be uploaded through the submission box.
* AI-created content can be used as reference or outline, but you are not allowed to directly include any AI-generated material, be it text or graphical, in your submitted entry.
* Grading will be according to this [criteria rubric] 100 words minimum.
