Welcome to a competition the likes of which have never been seen before!

This competition features the exciting word puzzle game of Mando'ardle!
It's Wordle, but with a twist: You can only guess words found in the iconic Star Wars language of Mando'a!

Mando'ardle:

The rules of Mando'ardle are as follows:

• Your goal is to guess the hidden Mando'a word in six tries or less. The only hints you get are from previous guesses.
• A red colored letter indicates that you have a correct letter in its right place.
• A light gray letter is a correct letter in the wrong place.
• A letter that stays black is altogether incorrect.
• The only approved symbol for use in guesses is the beten, or apostrophe (').
• I recommend that you make use of the dictionary for help in guessing words.
• If you are stuck, you can click on words in the dictionary to see alternative forms. Some words are sneaky.

Rules:

• Once you have finished the Mando'ardle (successfully or not), submit your answer in the form of a screenshot that shows the guesses you made.
• Only correct answers from between site rollovers will be considered for placing.
• A full six guesses without finding the answer counts for participation.
• In the event of an impossible answer (e.g. "Ret'!"), there will be no placements given.
• Winners will be decided by the least amount of guesses taken to reach the word.
• Ties will be broken by the number of red letters leading up to the correct guess, then by the number of gray letters.
• Screenshots of "Practice" runs are eligible for participation, but not placing.

Points:

• Every one of these will award an amount of points based on the awards received:
• Participation: Three points minimum for submitting a valid entry.
• Crescents: Each Crescent, starting at Quartz, will award one more point than the Crescent below (One point for Quartz, two for Topaz, etc.).

Cheating:

• DON'T CHEAT!
• Double-dipping screenshots, browser/account hopping, answer sharing, screenshot tampering, and similar offenses are regarded as cheating.
