Competition: [VBB] Black and White Bounty

Olarom, Vode!

You found a bounty that promised a big reward! The only problem was, something went wrong with the image upload, and your only holopic of the target has had its color completely drained, leaving it in ancient black and white format. Grab your crayons, color in the pic, and hope that your art skills are sufficient to help you bring in the right guy.

Color in the provided image as creatively as you like.
