Yep its back, heres the rules for those who need a refresher: Every week I (Drodik) post a picture on the House Message Boards. It is your job as the member of HOO to create a humorous Caption for whatever is in the picture. The top three of the week win fifth level crescents.

Only one submission per person per week. NO PLACING ENTRIES ON THE MESSAGE BOARD. This will lead to disqualification from the present picture and the nex weeks picture.
