Competition: Inter-phyle Whodunnit?

Specifics

An inter-phyle competition to assist the High Priestess and the Oracle in identifying a serial-killer.

The aim of the competition will be to compile a realistic investigation using the clues provided each week. The run-ons should not assume evidence that is not available, and should be in character - pointing the figure of suspicion at a senior member of the DB should be done with extreme care!

The competition will be judged based on quality and 'realism' of the run-ons. There will be bonus points for correctly identifying the perpertrator, but incorrect answers will still be rewarded if the investigation and reasoning was sound.
