Competition: [HSK] The Villain of the Story

Specifics

There is a villain to every tale. They come in many shapes and sizes, from the simple jealous thug to the deranged Sith Lord intent on genocide, from the deadly droid general to the mistaken law enforcement officer. A great tale shall soon be woven, but first, you must design the darker forces of the story.

Who are they? What do they do? Where are they from? I want you to define the character, in his or her entirety. The essentials are a name, species, homeworld, age, and physical description. Otherwise, this is a completely freeform competition. I will be deciding this on detail, depth, creativity, and believability of the character.
