Competition: Weekly IRC Trivia

Specifics

I would like to run a weekly IRC Trivia event.

It will run weekly on Saturdays at 2pm Eastern Time.

I will award the top three participants with 5th Level Crescents.

Secondly I would like to allow for member submitted questions and award a Legion of the Scholar to those who's trivia questions are used each week.
