The new Quaestor of Qel-Droma has arrived on his position. A "foreigner" from another Clan, yet he was chosen for his skills and leadership.

Write a 1 page minimum fiction (in-character) how your character feels about the newcomer.

It can be written in any style you like, the amount of details and grammar count toward a win.

The competition runs for 2 weeks.
