With a new Decade coming quickly the Night Hawks have decided to beat it to the punch and create a time Capsule. Give me a description of the item that you would put in it, what is your contribution to this time capsule and why. Minimum of half a page long, no more than 2 pages. Time Capsule will be created and placed on the wiki.

Top three winners will have the most creative and original yet relative Night Hawk item. All entries will be placed in the Time Capsule and put on the wiki.
