Competition: Banshee Brigade: NPC Fillers

Specifics

With a slight drop in Banshee members, I have decided upon making NPC fillers of different rank and position. However, I want my troopers to do this as well as me.

Criteria is: Must include a character bio, a rank (Military ranks, not DJB), a position within the Team (Commando, Sniper, etc). Can create up to 3 NPCs per member. The top three NPCs will be selected made into official BB NPCs. Crescents will be handed out to the winners.
