Competition: [Blue Mist] Motivational Speech

Specifics

With the GJW approaching fast, we need a well-written motivational speech to encourage and boost the morale of Blue Mist Squadron members. Your task, should you accept it, is to write a witty, humorous and funny motivational speech (one page, TNR 12) and please try to avoid being overly insulting ;). The best three will get a 5th level crescent and will be posted on BM Commander weekly report during the GJW.
