Competition: The Saphire Squadron Commander

As a member of the Sapphire Squadron you have seen a number of commanders come and go. Many of them reaching great heights of achievement. One former Commander is now the leader of your clan, another is now the second in command to your house.

The new commander has arrived and his name is Alexander Anderson, initially you have high hopes for this individual. But to your horror you realize that the man may possibly be completely incompetent.

Write a 2-3 page fiction which describes how you try to guide your new commander in his duties, and try to impart to his the wisdom that you have gained in your past dealings.
