Competition: Besting the Quaestor

Specifics

With the war over, it is time to strengthen those who have survived. The art of combat is still something to be mastered, and you have been challenged to a match in which you will completely rely on your natural technique. Your opponent: Your Quaestor.

Write a story at least one page in length detailing a hand-to-hand combat match against Quaestor Ronovi Tavisaen. As the point of this competition is to strengthen writing technique when it comes specifically to "in-the-moment" fighting, submissions will be graded on:

-Realism (Your Quaestor is ranked Templar; that will affect how well you do depending on your rank) -Ability to research (Be sure you know how your Quaestor fights, her strengths, and her weaknesses - they can all be found on her wiki page, as she has no character sheet) -Livelihood (how alive is the writing? How real and in-the-moment can you make the fight?)

You may set this story up at any suitable location and elaborate on the set-up if you so desire. This competition will also be a prelude to a future competition involving the ACC.
