The highest security cell within the prison is watched over by many guards; its resident fails to care. The Criminal inside is said to be mad as a hatter and almost as smart as a genius. The files covering this inmate are full of murder, escape, madness and trickery. But no one except for a few doctors have ever had a chance to meet them or get to know them. So who is this criminal that needs this much security? Who is hidden behind the gate of Cell 206?

This is a fictional event in which you are to create a profile on this Criminal. Cover his or her history, what they look like, what twisted things they have done to be locked up deeply within this prison's walls. A name would be helpful as well; you can even include their criminal nickname. The winning entry profile will be used in future competitions.
