Competition: [Cestus] Destination of Debate

Specifics

Your task is to simulate a scenario of house discussions whether through script or story form. The scenario is as follows:

The Cestus house summit has proposed a sort of crusade - that the Cestus Complex, destroyed in 22 ABY, be re-excavated and rebuilt for the sake of the Cestian culture. In response, the members of Cestus have met in order to debate this somewhat controversial topic. You are one of the speakers; do you agree with the summit's proposal, or do you disagree? Why?

Submissions will be graded based on reasoning, foundation of argument, demonstration of leadership skills, and of course, the fictional quality of the piece. This competition is open for all members of Cestus.
