Cestus Equites - your task is to create a non-player character to be used in Cestus fiction. The NPC can have any job so long as it is relevant to the house's needs. You are required to write the entry in DJBwiki format.

Submissions will be judged on character originality, quality of writing, and basic knowledge of wiki page composition.
