Competition: Aedile Report Beginning

Specifics

For my next report I would like something fictional to start it off with. Now I know I could be doing this myself, but I would like someone to do this. I don't want it too long but I would like it a decent size, like just about a page to a page and a half. It has to include Bob and myself, as well as being in our new home of Mucenic.
