Competition: Aedile Report Banner

Specifics

I'm looking for a report banner to top each of my Aedile reports. The only requirements are that it is non-character specific so it would be able to be passed down to new Aediles and that it not be overly flashy. It's only an Aedile report!

Fourth level crescents will be awarded to the top three submissions. The winning submission will be featured at the top of all HK AED reports.
