Specifics

With the changing of the Emperor of the Cocytus System, much of the support staff moves around. With a new body on the throne, it is time for the new staff to be presented and selected. More importantly the Emperor needs a new administrative assistant who can be trusted enough to help deal with running the system, but able to understand about the more hidden darker nature of those in charge.

For this competition, design how ever you see fit, my new assistant. You can write up personality info, give pictures, a character history - do it however you want, just make sure it is enough to give aspect to a character and not just a husk that can schedule meetings.
