Specifics

As part of the flourishing of society in the Cocytus System, the Emperor has sent out a decree that all visionaries are to attempt to capture the essence of the system as part of a rejuvenation project following the near Civil War in the System. OOC: Write a short poem (at least a total of 20 lines and with some form of a rhyme scheme) that captures an idealistic feeling of the House’s System.
