You are contacted by another house or clan; they inform you that one of your people has offered information and finances as well as to assist with an attack on Plagueis. They make a not so thinly veiled threat to use this information against Plagueis if Plagueis does not pay them off; due to a situation which you are free to explain if you want a better chance at winning, you are required to negotiate with them. You can clearly see the prospective traitor with them.

That last one is a biggie; if you can think of a realistic way to get Plagueis off from paying (preferably resulting in the traitors death), then that's good as well. Either way, you get to practice your negotiation skills.
