Competition: Cocytus Festivities

Specifics

The people who populate the Cocytus System have a lot to be grateful for, and regularly spend time throwing festivals for various reasons. You have been asked with the chronicling and notation of one such event.

Pick a planet/moon in the Cocytus system, and create a festival based there. Be sure to note where and when it begins, what sort of festival it is, why is it being held. The best submissions will be used on the wiki.
