Background: As the black market increases its share of the gross domestic product of the Cocytus system, it is becoming readily apparent to the leaders of Scholae Palatinae that something must be done to keep their share of the system’s tax revenue flowing to the House coffers. Planetary law enforcement units as well as the Imperial Scholae Guard will be tasked with destroying the lower levels of the black market on each planet, but the Quaestor wishes to send a direct message to the leader of the criminal syndicate, Deluga the Hutt. Living on a space liner that doubles as a roving casino, it is difficult to target the slimy creature as the ship moves continuously from one system to another. The mission is to assemble a team, travel deep into Hutt space, and deal decisively with the Hutt.
