Idea is that the contract and employer is to be respected above all else as a mercenary as the outer ring in yellow, while respect for the enemy is in orange, but at the core is respect for the rules of law to avoid becoming mere pirates but actual professionals. It's tilted out to show that there are loopholes with the contract and enemy but never with respect for the rules of war.
