The Treaty of Menat Ombo brought peace to New Tython - and with it, a new nation for its surface. Once part of the Tythonian colonies, the Mon Calamari of the Dac Compound have elected to become a part of a new nation on the planet - the Independent Colonies. They are joined by two additional groups, a Bothan colony of pioneers and homesteaders looking to create a rustic, peaceful life on New Tython; and the Wookiee men, women, and children that make up the families of our Wookiee berserkers, the Chosen. The latter seeks a peaceful grove where they can build a treetop colony and flourish. Finally, the Geonosian hive represented by the Jedi Xaezhul may one day join, and presently maintains a hive in the desert.
