I assume OREENIAN should actually be O'REENIAN... but that probably isn't great in the cipher.

Once I took a stab at the word STOP, everything else fell into place (and explained why the frequency of letters was all skewiff :P)

Also, I really should stop subbing to these events before they start (though this one the time is genuine as I didn't finish before the comp started this time...)
