There is a Jedi (light or dark) that the Proconsul wishes you to track down. They are a member of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood, but you will only be given three clues. Utilize the tools available to you to find the Jedi and bring their name to the Proconsul. You may be rewarded with treats. Or beatings. We'll see.
