Calling all Marka Ragnos House members! There has been a report of a disturbance within our city. Several scouts have confirmed that a small band of rioting people have become violent and are making their way towards the capital. It is our duty to stop these individuals and break them up. You may negotiate or take them down by force. The choice is yours to make.
