Competition: Something Stirring in the Verse

You were in the process of clearing out the City of Ohmen from all the left over undead that are still walking around killing people. You receive a signal from outside the city from an unknown source. It seems to be a power source of unknown origin. The signal is coming from a cave a few miles out from the city. You don’t know what you are going to find. Is it a new power source? Is it an ancient device which continues to produce the undead?

Grading will be based on a traditional grading rubric used for ACC battles and normal fiction competitions.
