Submit an image or a scene inspired by the instrumental music linked below. The point of this competition is to feel out the music and develop the "picture" you see inside your head that is inspired by the audio. Any standard graphics format (jpg, png, gif, etc) is allowed.

Criteria

Entries will be judged on a weighted scale (1-5) based on the following:

  • Creativity (50%)
  • Quality (25%)
  • Originality (25%)

All entries must be SFW or PG-13, in other words, no explicit nudity. If in doubt, ask the competition organizer for clarification.

Title: Piercing Hope
Medium: Acrylic Paint, Oil paint, Metallic Acrylic
18X24 stretched cotton canvas.

My name is Jessica (Rosalyn May) and I am Benjamin (Best Aiden, Aiden Lee)'s wife. I live with a sensory "condition" called Chronophonia Synesthesia which means I see sound as color and waves and patterns. When I saw the title of the event I knew that I just had to give it a go. The red swoops are the lady singing and the darker blue is the male choir that intertwines. I'm sorry the photo doesn't do it any justice as it is now proudly displayed on the living room wall. I hope you all like it.

What I heard was real conquest kinda music, heavy, epic and climatic. I didnt step out of the box much as I went for a star wars theme, but nothing screamed conquest and epic to me more then the KotFE trailer, so that was my go to
