Competition: Society Variety - Rollmaster Monthly Topic Feb 2016 - Fiction

Fiction prompt: Write a fiction of minimum 500 words based around a Brotherhood Society. No maximum.

This is an open ended fiction event. You can take the prompt in whichever direction you choose. We are all a member of at least the Shadow Academy Society. Most people are also a part of the shadowy Inquisitorius, the Grand Master's Royal Guard, the ACC. This is an exercise in developing an original storyline and an interesting plot is strongly encouraged. Grading will be in accordance with the standard Voice Rubric. pdf document preferred.

Requirement is only that the chosen society has to be involved in some way. There are no other restrictions on plot.
