Persevering. I am glad to have a friend and a partner in the house summits with the characteristics I have found in Elols. The DJB leadership may be quite new for him but he maintains his drive to learn and try. He did not lay off from his duty when his superior was unable to be constantly around for about a month. He did his job eminently beyond the requested list. He has kept a good communication with the members personally, casually and friendly, to make the friendship in Tridens grow stronger as well as to encourage the fellow Journeymen to be active. He created some competitions and run them when I was away because of some health matters. He did his best to acknowledge a member in a promotion, as well as keeping the members informed by his report or news. Although he still has many things to learn ways ahead, to appreciate his willing and application, I am pleased to recommend an Anteian Cross for Jedi Hunter Bieten Macht Elols.
