Howie got mainly involved in possessions when we hit closed beta, and was part of a team that did an initial review of the Clan interfaces for purchasing items and slotting them as Consul of Taldryan. This initial feedback led to major improvements in the usability of these screens, and delivered enhanced functionality to open beta that's available today. As well, he was invaluable based on his experience in discussing the salary payment policy. providing his knowledge and advice on the relative value of medals and positions to help balance the entire system. Ood stepped up during the open beta, and offered to proof every single description in all the items available to members. He reviewed each one of them and gave me item ID and details of the fixes needed that covered over 100 items as noted in my change log. After reviewing and making these fixes the quality of the possessions system at launch was greatly improved. Braecen came recommended to me early on to draft up initial descriptions for the vehicles, as one of the last major hurdles to getting the initial 600+ item list delivered to the system to start our next steps and move on with coding. We worked out a system that worked, and he took on the space vehicles and wrote initial descriptions for each individual one researching their capabilities into a format. After this he joined the land vehicle team, to evaluate the offerings and provide feedback ahead of open beta and helped give insight that helped improve the system for our move into open beta. Halcyon joined the possessions team when I put together teams to evaluate the space vehicles offerings, taking on the perspective of a member seeking to purchase space transport, and his feedback on both the offerings and the user interfaces was greatly beneficial to some of the initial updates to the system before we reached open beta. Following this, he joined my staff as a Magistrate and has since written and reviewed hundreds of Item Aspects, helped to develop an initial and now live policy on how to handle the nature of these requests in the possessions system going forward, and was the main support on my team for this important member facing service that the Regent team will provide for years to come. The open beta process would not have been nearly as smooth without his support on these fronts as I managed a list of issues coming from membership to keep things on track and sort out tasks with James. Selika joined several discussing during the early development stages, when I was sharing a massive powerpoint format among a small team and trying to maintain focus, and provided great insight and commentary on early logic around space vehicle categorization and structure as well as deeper discussion into what a future state of the unit troops and military forces structure would look like that's in use today. While many of these discussions merely led to launching a flexible system with features to be implemented, this was important work to ensure our systems can grow in the future and be even more beneficial to the membership. Later, his deep knowledge of Star Wars and attention to detail helped to correct several items and ensure a higher quality and more accurate set of items is available today. A'lora joined the possessions team during the closed beta as part of the team to test the logic of Clan interfaces and the slotting of armor into troop units, as well as the balance between the offered credits and prices of all the items in the system. His participation on this team as Consul of COU at the time greatly improved the balance and experience that is seen today by Clans looking to complete their first official forces under the possessions system.
