In the four months since his promotion, Abadeer has been an amazing asset to have as my Proconsul, both in his capacity as an individual member generating activity and as a leader providing for others. Individually, he has participated in 15 competitions, earned 11 Clusters of Ice between three fiction activities, an RO post, and a completed ACC match, 3 Clusters of Fire and 15 Clusters of Earth through gaming, and 9 Clusters of Graphite (muchly through participation in the recent Shroud War graphics tournament).

As a leader, however, Abadeer has really shined. He co-organized 9 competitions, but that doesn't do justice to what was involved in that work. He helped outline and generate competitions for our recent The Enemy Below event, a 24 competition feud run Clan wide. He worked to contribute not only to those competitions he was grading (and therefore officially "co-organizing") but also helped provide input and content for other competitions such as flash gaming and puzzles that had only one organizer. His work grading the events he was responsible for helped us maintain our quick turnaround schedule on scoring updates to the clan. This allowed us to post results for each week's competitions within a few days of each round ending, and had our final results out to the clan within 24 hours of the competitions closing. Having been on both ends, both as participant and grader, I cannot stress enough how key those kind of fast result releases are for Clan morale. Nothing drains the momentum and energy out of a unit faster than sitting around for weeks at a time awaiting the results of major Clan event. Additonally, Abadeer contributed to the fiction updates for the event, crafting roughy a third of the fiction updates for weeks 1, 2, and 3. Abadeer has also released timely reports keeping our Clan members detailed on the news and events of the Brotherhood while also making sure he is available and active on our Telegram channel to reinforce the active community Plagueis has sought to build.

Since her promotion last August, Malice has remained a key contributor to Clan Plagueis in both a leadership capacity as well as in the realm of individual activity. Individually, she has participated in 28 total competitions since her last promotion. Of those, 19 were competitions that were part of our The Enemy Below clan feud event, two of which she placed in, earning a total of 128 points for her team. Overall, she has placed in five competitions and earned 2 Amethyst, 1 Sapphire, and 2 Emerald crescents. She has also earned 8 Clusters of Ice across 5 fiction activities and 6 Clusters of Graphite.

As a leader, Malice has continued to make a contribution in her role as Aedile. During the aforementioned Enemy Below event, Malice helped set up a special, team-specific telegram channel for her team and continually engaged her members to help them achieve their best. Additionally, she engaged those members that were not active on the Telegram platform via personal email contact, helping them to feel recognized by their summit and letting them know their contributions were valued. Her efforts helped Plagueis exceed our goal of 400+ total competition entries across the three week event. She has also released all five of her Aedile reports on time each month (the 20th for Ajunta Pall, the 10th for Karness Muur), making sure her membership is kept up to date on the happenings throughout the Brotherhood.

Over the two months that have passed since Taranae's last promotion, she has continued to demonstrate the activity that has made her one of the dependable stalwarts of Clan Plaguies. Competitively, she has particiated in fourteen overall competitions, and she has placed in one of them to earn a crescent with Amethyst Star. In addition, she has also made sure to maintain her intake of clusters, participating in two fiction activities and posting two RO posts to earn 2 Clusters of Ice while her gaming exploits earned her 94 Clusters of Earth. Finally, she also passed the new Run-On Studies course in the Shadow Academy. Taranae, the perpetual activity machine of Clan Plagueis, continues to be one of our best and most consistent members!

Ronovi has been a major asset to Clan Plagueis since her last recognition. The biggest project that is facing our clan is the Plagueis Lore Project that is an outgrowth of our movement of the Clan to a new fictional setting, Aliso. In my desire to expand on that setting, I pulled the idea of "Aliso City" out of the ether prior to our last event, and used that location as a starting point for our lore development. Ronovi, working with Laren Uscott, took the ball on this project and ran with it. The new Aliso City article is the result. The finished version is roughly 3,500 words in length, having gone through numerous revisions and edits along the way. Ronovi was a major driver of this project, not only generating content but also serving as the chief proof reader for the work that Laren was adding in as well. The resulting article is a high quality addition to the Plagueis canon. Additionally, Ronovi has participated in 10 individual competitions, placing in five of them (earning 2 Amethyst and 3 Sapphire crescents). Also, she has been an active contributor in our Clan telegram channel, offering the sage advice of a veteran to newer members and helping build the Plagueis community.
