Zachary O'Maille, or "Mustard", aka Benny, has been extremely busy the last two months since his well deserved promotion to EQ2. Lets start off with his most impactful activity which benefited the House the most.
Operation:Homeland was a great success for Bentre and I. We had to work together on this and agree on different aspects and terms. Being in different timezones and sleeping patterns, Bentre ensured he was available during the hours that would normally be considered a time to sleep. Whilst definitely not easy to figure out the direction we wanted to go, we eventually settled for the direction that would remove Bentre's main character from the spotlight for awhile, and introducing Zachary to the Clan. His sacrifice to shelve a character in order to benefit the Clan is commendable. Having come up with the majority of the events and ensuring that they were approved by the DC on time is no small feat.
After we had finalized our plans and put out the competitions, I thoroughly enjoyed watching Bentre take to his competition. In the end Bentre wrote 2868 words for the fiction of the event alone! Ensuring that the updates were on time to coincide with the second and final parts of the event. The members enjoyed his writing immensely and I would like to take the time to applaud his distinctive work here once again.
Whilst we did have some hiccups and bumps, we learned a lot from this event (don't rush things!), and are looking towards planning our next event for sometime during/after the summer break! If you ever want an event done properly, I would advise taking the time to ask Bentre for his input. Without his effort and dedication, I doubt Homeland would have seen the success it had achieved today.
Further activity has seen Bentre busy within the gaming department. No doubt trying to secure his place as GMRGXI for next quarter! He has earned 491 CoF and 130 CoE in 60 PvP matches and 16 PvE matches alongside 2 PoB's.
As is expected of Bentre, he has also participated in 44 competitions since his last recognition 2 months ago, earning himself 2 Crescents with Ruby, 2 Crescents with Amethyst and 2 Crescents with Sapphire Stars.
As a leader Bentre has excelled in multiple ways, not only as an AED but also as a wiki staff member the past 2 months, but also more recently as Professor of Lore in the Shadow Academy for a month, already having graded 8 exams. In his spare time he has managed to complete 3 more courses.
Finally, Mustard has earned 8 CI for writing 1074 words of fiction across 4 fiction activities. He has also written 2292 words in 5 posts in Run-Ons.
