Len has stepped up in a big way and continued the success of the Disciples of Baas Battleteam. His unit had the highest average number of entries per member (3.8) of any sub-unit in the Clan in our most recent Clan event "Homecoming". On top of his steady presence in Clan channels, communication with his members and just hanging out to game with COU members he maintains a strong example in his personal activity.

COU is lucky to have Len on its summit. Congratulations.

I'm extremely happy to be able to present Zachary with his first ever Grand Cross. It is always exhilarating to be able to reward you as a hard working member. Where to begin though?!

I want to start off with saying that Zachary did an awesome job of picking up my slack whilst I was busy doing finals and then on vacation during the months of June and July. It was during this time that he made my life a little easier, whilst he was going through a move to Alaska himself. He surpassed his Aedile duties and kept the House updated with reports and activity checks. Pre-Feud he posted a report in order to bring everyone up to speed and prepare them for the Feud.

However it's his 4th Aedile Report that I want to highlight. After Phase 1 ended, Zachary took it upon himself to write a brief report to continue the hype and encourage our members to participate. This type of initiative is well received and I am grateful for Zachary's connection, dedication and loyalty to his House and it's members.

Since his last recognition on the 16th of June, 2016, Zachary has participated in 60 competitions! This is literally one competition per day that he has participated in. I cannot stress how frakking awesome this is. Besides his Aedile duties and going above and beyond them, he also slapped on a competition per day attitude during this time. The most amazing feat? He was also busy preparing and actually moving to Alaska. How you find the time to do this is beyond me but you are a damn legend right now in my books Zachary!

Right, back to the stats. Of the 60 competitions that Zachary participated in, he placed in thirteen of them. This resulted in 6 Ruby, 5 Amethyst, 1 Sapphire and 1 Emerald Star Crescent.

Further activity shows that he has earned 230 CF for having played 39 PvP matches, 2 CI for 1462 words written in 4 fiction activities and 189 CE for 53 PvE Activities.

I've said it before but I want to say it again for everyone to see: Thanks Benny for being there for not only me, but our members as well. You have no idea how much I value your input and appreciate your hard work, even if I don't openly show it.

Zachary, known to many as Bentre, has been a solid member of the Wiki Staff over the last four months since his promotion. He’s been invaluable as an edit patroller, watching to make sure that new articles or uploads are categorized, tagged, or just not crazy. It’s a thankless job that is easy to overlook since you don’t get a counter tick every time you patrol, but it’s something that the Wiki depends on to keep from becoming a disorganized mess. Additionally, he’s worked with members in the wiki article approval process, which is more mentoring than simply going down a checklist for them. People that are wiki-savvy often forget just how much guidance new members need in their first forays onto the wiki. Finally, Zachary has been invaluable in helping craft and deploy new policy changes and general updates, always there as a sounding board during staff discussions and ready to do the leg work to implement those changes. He’s one of my most solid staffers, and I want to say thanks for all the work that he does.
