Since his Anteian Cross six months ago, Strat has garnered an astounding 36 Crescents (including 11 Diamond Crescents) across 51 competitions. Placing in 70% of his competitions - or 6 per month - and earning 540 Clusters of Earth (and 1 Cluster of Fire) is an enviable achievement by any standard. There are a lot of things I could say about Strategos. I could point out that he's more active by himself than many battleteams, or that he consistently tops the Qel-Droman Crescent leaderboard, or that despite his constant activity, he never draws attention to himself or asks for anything. I could say these things - but I've literally said them all before, in previous reccs for this glorious Crescent Hound. Nonetheless, they all remain true, just as he remains a stellar, inspiring member. Strat, you're amazing. Never change. And congratulations on a well-earned Grand Cross. Without suffering any of the ill effects that intentionally working causes so many of us, Strategos Mynameis Waytoolong Entar Arconae has surpassed many a member and earned more Diamond Crescents than I am okay with. I’m a lil’ bit green jello. He has participated in 50 competitions, earning him eleven Diamond Crescents and nineteen - NINETEEN - Ruby Crescents. This has helped him collect Five-Hundred and Forty (0_0) Clusters of Earth since his last Merit award - which I’m sure he was trying to hoard. Like his unicorn. Alongside his shiny stash, Strat is fairly on point when it comes to curbing some of the more, shall we say, enthusiastic idealists. But he does that with realistic advice on how to broach certain subjects that may, one day, be subject to change for the betterment of our shared Clan. It mainly consists of epic level condescension, but when he intentionally helps out the newer leaders of Arcona, he does it with the best interests of the Club in mind. So, despite all of my best efforts to sound just like him in this rec, I do truly wish him the highest praise. Yet, you have proven to be quite a bulldozer when it comes to Clusters of Earth (Seriously, I’m running out of fun twists with your activity list :P). Strat is a regular participant in cluster race competitions. Combined with other competitions, Strat has a total of 50 he has participated in, earning him a rather large handful of gem-encrusted clusters. It’s an inspiration to find an Elder who has leaned back to watch, but still finds a way to rake up a consistent activity level. Although you ~~lurk~~ resign quietly in the shadows, we can all rely on your support and presence as a member of Arcona. Your concern and input in the future of the Clan, House, or Battle team is valuable with the weight of realism and experience behind it. Thank you, Guido for sticking with us in the shadows.
