Tamashi Adaephon Delat has continued to be an impact player in House Galeres and Clan Arcona since his last recognition nearly three months ago. For his excellence, participation, leadership, and ability to lead from the trenches, I am honored to present him a Steel Cross.

Since his last recognition, he has participated in 30 competitions, (co)organized 12 competitions, submitted 10 PvP Matches, logged 19 PvE Activities, passed 1 Shadow Academy course, and attained 1 Dark Side Degree. In addition, he has collected 10 Crescents (1 Cr-R, 5 Cr-A, 3 Cr-E, 1 Cr-T), 50 Clusters of Fire and 244 Clusters of Earth. He also has served faithfully as Battle Team Sergeant of Tal'mahe'Ra for 2 months; where he often filled in for his Battle Team Leader (whom was working on clan-level content). As a Battle Team Leader, he led his unit through the recent Arcona event Sins of the Past: Episode II where his team had great participation and he himself claimed Second Overall! Such leadership by example is what defines a Steel Cross and I am honored to add another to his war chest.

Thank you, Mord. I know that the work often seems unending, difficult, and thankless. I promise you, though, that your contributions improve every member of Clan Arcona's experience each day. I look forward to seeing your continued progress as a BTL in House Galeres!

Riverche is an exceptional member of House Galeres and Clan Arcona. She is willing to help her Summit in any way she can, she finds ways to personally be involved in the Brotherhood, and she is beloved by her peer members (and her leaders). Today, I am honored to hold her up as a role model to others and award her a Steel Cross.

Since her last recognition, she has participated in 21 competitions, organized 10 competitions, passed 3 Shadow Academy courses, collected 6 Crescents (1 Cr-S, 2 Cr-E, 3 Cr-T), 20 Clusters of Fire, and 10 Clusters of Earth. Her most recent effort over the Summer was hosting the Summer Sun Selen-bration for Clan Arcona. She created eight events, advertised her event with an opening & closing fiction, and helped provide some much needed fun/laughter leading up to the 4th of July. Her event had 26 unique participants, 157 unique submissions and averaged 19.63 submissions per event. This is an incredible feat for any member!

Thank you for your activity, your peer leadership, and your drive to make Arcona both fun & rewarding for its members. We really could not do it without members like you, River!

Lithar Andaris, or Xantros as most know him, has been a consistent force behind the scenes of the Odan-Urr summit for the past months. Rollmaster isn’t the most glamorous position but it is so crucial to the success of a Clan. Xantros worked closely with me to revamp how we integrated new members into the Clan, first by drafting his own system of welcome messages and short new member guides sent directly to new joins, creating a Master-Student program website, then helping found Zirael battleteam as a special training unit for Journeymen. The amount of time he spent working with new members to welcome them, answer their questions, help them implement character and competition ideas and guide them through promotion requirements doesn’t show up on his dossier, but it certainly had an impact on the Clan. Xantros’ work with our Journeymen saw five knightings during his tenure.

Xantros was also a mature, reliable and productive member of the Clan summit. His counsel on matter that affected all our members was extremely valuable. He prepared very detailed and professional internal reports on the overall state of the Clan and on our Clan’s unique selling points for recruitment purposes. Combined these reports come in at roughly fifteen pages. His strongest example of behind the scenes summit work was the COU Writing Guide he produced for the benefit of all our members which is almost 18 pages.

Xantros also kept up his individual activity in between his Rollmaster duties and Clan projects. Since his last recognition for general activity he has participated in thirty competitions (and three container competitions) taking home seven Crescents. He’s a consistent leader in COU fiction activity an impressive thirty four Clusters of Ice for quality submissions.
