Adept Malik Sadow has been grinding away at the XP ladder in order to reach another accolade in his career. Over the past few months this Old Guard of Sadow has put forth an impressive stack of activity. Most recently he racked up seventy one points for Sadow during the Great Jedi War XVI: Transcendence. He participated in seven comp bins and placed in five GJW Comps. Those contributions led to CNS having the highest participation rate throughout the war! He has participated in over one hundred comps earning himself close to a hundred clusters along this trek.

Not only that, to further his DB education he took on courses at the Shadow Academy earning himself two degrees in Communications & Activities. Malik's commitment to our little Star Wars family is difficult to quantify in a manner commensurate with who he is. However that commitment is always on point and leading by example. He has been the BTL for Sapphire Squadron for nearly a year and under his leadership Sapphire witnessed an increase in activity from its members which helped bolster our participation rate for the War.

As one of our resident Old Guard, his council is both persuasive and impactful at all levels of the Clan. His experience and knowledge has contributed to multiple developments of Clan possessions, story arcs and the overall dynamics of the Clan. As a former member of the Club’s Star Chamber the Adept is a valuable member to have in and Clan.

It is with great pleasure to be a part of this award recommendation. This is just a small token of the Clan’s appreciation for everything you do. Congrats Sir and well deserved!

Since his last award in August of 2022, Ikarri has been a stellar force for activity. He has participated in 57 competitions, 59 gaming activities, and 3 role-playing sessions. He has earned 11 crescents and a Bronze nova during that time frame not to mention over 500 Clusters. While Ikarri is new to the Vizsla Summit he is already showing his prowess in taking on work and providing his thoughts and input in clan discussions. I know how badly you have been looking forward to reaching this point, always dreaming of how you've got your character's next upgrades planned out and how you'd love to be able to do specific things at certain levels, but are just shy of the points required to make your CS accurately portray those. I still remember you were super excited, thinking you'd be able to reach it at Equite 2; just to find out you were 'just' shy of it. I won't lie, it was fairly comical watching you throw your Nobi-style tantrum after that happened and then laughing at the end of it all and planning for the next. A moment I wouldn't change for the world, as it showed me just how much you were invested in everything. In turn, I found it comical to turn the tables on you by telling you that I was having trouble getting enough together to get you a promotion despite everything you had accomplished so you could finally get that done. Well...that's actually because I was getting it all together for this instead! So I hope you don't hate me too much for the small deception, but hey, as you always say, it's all in good fun. (insert frog snickering face here)

That said, honestly it's those quirks of yours that always put a smile on members, your demeanor, and your positive and upbeat attitude, that made me proud to bring you on as my Magistrate back in July; and since then you have done nothing but prove that it was the right and proper decision as you continue to flourish and work diligently to ensure that Taldryan flourishes as well. Even if some of your ideas were, a little...odd. Like the name pun that Taldryan used to use which I won't mention here, but always makes me chuckle when I think about it or you bring it up.

You've helped us create new graphics for each of our specific divisions, our naval forces, armed forces, and intelligence services, which while quite a few of those are not yet being used until our wiki revamp is completely finished, I am eagerly looking forward to being able to utilize them and show them off. You even designed the official Seal of the Taldryan Republic which is proudly featured on our main wiki page and used as our core fictional centerpiece that defines us. Oh, and most importantly, designing my Republic-themed report graphics without me even having to ask. Because when I did ask if you could design some report graphics for me, you immediately dropped it in my lap already complete and ready to go; pretty signature and all.

That is one thing I have always appreciated about you, has been your drive and initiative. With the survey you sent out to the clan right after becoming part of the summit, dropping your own full spreadsheet with suggestions on how to optimize and structure it all item by item of the armed forces AND the naval forces at the drop of a hat when you learned we were looking at making additions to the two, especially our armed forces with the post-GJW credits. Because of that, I directly included you in our discussions of the expansion; and even now you eagerly and happily continue to add your own thoughts and contributions; even if they contradict the majority. I wouldn't have it any other way, as to me, having those ideas on the table I feel is vital, and offers new insight to things not considered; even sometimes changing the minds of some of the majority.

You've even started helping myself and Erin with the clan storyline, pitching ideas and thoughts as we actively move forward; and still ask if I have anything specific I need you to work on outside of your spontaneous and helpful projects; even while life gets busy with the season. And despite that, during the Great Jedi War you actively sought to beat the drums and help get members excited, motivated, and engaged; even at times when you were unable to yourself due to your sudden schedule shift (your boss is evil and may squirrels pelt them with nuts forever more). Always staying active in the chats and helping people with their own various projects that they need, constantly getting involved wherever and however you can, there's literally nothing about you that I would change.

Since your last recognition, you’ve participated in 108 competitions; 35 of which brought home crescents! You’ve burned through 52 different Shadow Academy courses with 8 various degrees as you move up the society ranks. You’ve taken part in 28 different gaming activities with 90 Clusters of Fire and 297 Clusters of Earth, an extremely nice number for the amount of activities; great work!

I look forward to 2024 and everything else you have to offer, especially as we begin more work in earnest to prepare you for the bright future you so want in leadership. Congratulations brother, you've earned this without a shadow of a doubt in my mind.

Can you believe this amazing woman is only now getting her first ever AK? No? Neither can I. But here we are! So let's get to it! That purple stabby is gonna match some nice outfits along with all the other knives.

Since her last medal at the launch of the XP system, Socks has organized 25 competitions, including her currently running #Darktober series, which she purposely crafted to engage and broaden the art community and encourage #art-chat on our Discord. She's participated in 210 competitions not including containers, but indeed including her stellar war participation, which boasted 9/9 complete bin participation and a total of 24 competitions. Her efforts secured her a small pile of Novae, including a Gold Nova, two Silver Novae, and two Bronze Novae, as well as an even bigger pile of Crescents: 6 Crescents with Diamond Stars, 4 Crescents with Ruby Stars, 14 Crescents with Amethyst Stars, 5 Crescents with Sapphire Stars, 2 Crescents with Emerald Stars, and 4 Crescents with Quartz Stars. That's 35 total Crescents and 5 Novae, for an average placement rate of 20%! Of course, these competitions as well as her general activity have garnered her plenty more, as between passing 3 Shadow Academy courses, 5 Gaming activities and 19 fiction ones in addition to all her beautiful art, Socks has earned 46 Clusters of Ice, 20 Clusters of Earth and a whooping 109 Clusters of Graphite.

But Socks is far from just a monster of a participant. She is also a leader and builder of the art community and advocate for #OneDB. She served 2 months as Aedile of her House. Socks has been a rockstar ever since she returned, and we and the Brotherhood are grateful to her efforts. Congratulations, Matron. Enjoy your machete.

Breaking news: Wally did things. Since his last medal, Wally has continued to lead the Exarch staff and remained directly involved in day-to-day managing of our RP scene, answering questions, giving advice, and processing RPs. He also regularly tracks and reviews Envoy Corps stats to ensure that members are progressing through its ranks more or less as anticipated. He participated in 42 comps, DMed 4 RPs and participated in another 10. He has earned 89 CIs, a handful of other clusters, and an impressive five nova from GJW XVI.

Despite everything you have faced and endured throughout this year, you have continued to be a beacon of light within Taldryan since your return. You have been hosting an insane amount of competitions (and participating in just as equally as many if not more), driving activity not just for us; but for the Brotherhood at large. Even while you were in the rogues, you still continued to push onward; as I saw myself with the Mario Kart competition series that I hosted.

When it came time for the Pro Bowl, you did not disappoint either; with significant contributions across the board you struck like the thunder we've always known you to be. Just as similar with the Great Jedi War, participating in 25 different competitions and bringing home two Gold Novae, a Bronze Novae, 16 Clusters of Graphite, 10 Clusters of Ice, and an Amethyst, Quartz, and Sapphite Star Crescent!

Since his last medal, Noobi has overseen changes to the possessions store system and the launch of a new CIS-themed booster pack in addition to the ordinary processing of possessions aspects and correcting typos and other errors as they are found. He was a major contributor to the organization of GJW XVI, proposing a new method for calculating Clan credit bonuses and developing new Clan Fleet Upgrade rewards on top of co-organizing three comps and helping to grade several others. His personal activity has trended towards gaming and writing, earning 99 CFs, 24 CEs, and 50 CIs, and participating in or DMing 14 RPs.

We are once again proud to award Essik with another monumental award for his performance since his last recognition. Claiming a Scimitar competition win for the month of June and the current Scimitar holder he has a total of 94 competitions under his belt, he is very deserving of this award. Over the past few months, Essik has been awarded 7 Crescents with Diamond Stars, 53 Crescents with Ruby Stars, 8 Crescents with Amethyst Stars, 4 Crescents with Sapphire Stars, and 3 Crescents with Emerald Stars. Additionally, he's earned 12 Clusters of Ice, 14 Clusters of Graphite, 1 Dark Side Scroll, and 1 Seal of Loyalty. On top of it all has a total of 5462 words of fiction, passed 1 Shadow Academy Course, and has served us well in the Clan as our Quaestor.

On top of all this, we would like to thank you for your contributions during the last war where you participated in 14 competitions.
