Primary reason: To say that Seraphol is simply active would be an understatement. While battling with some rather severe health issues and loss of internet connection since his last recognition, Seraphol, has still managed to participate in 37 Competitions earning himself a nice stash consisting of 3 Crescents with Sapphire Star and 1 Crescent with Emerald Star. Seraphol usually can be found relaxing while playing a game, he has played 6 PvP matches and 56 PvE activities earning himself 256 Clusters of Fire, 80 Clusters of Earth, and 3 Pendants of Blood for his efforts. He also has dabbled in writing fiction with 1 fiction activity and 1578 words of fiction and collecting 3 Clusters of Ice. Additionally he has passed 4 SA courses, earned 4 Scrolls of Foundation, and won 1 Legion of Scholar.

Seraphol also has made himself available to give advice and help his fellow Clanmates via Telegram and other Clan channels of Communication. While he may not always be available due to real life circumstances he always follows up on direct questions from his peers. During the planning of the new Satele Shan planet he has made a point of putting forth his opinions and debating with the house as a whole the premise to the planet’s design. Seraphol does all of this while conducting himself in a humble and respective manner, which is a rare and welcome quality to see.

Additional reasons: Seraphol is the living embodiment of "lead from the front." He is the closest COU has to a mascot, rallying the membership and charging toward the sound of the guns no matter what we have in front of us.

His specific accomplishments have been detailed by Mako but I would like to touch on the stuff that doesn't jump off the page of a dossier. Things like how he is a tireless advocate for members of all Clans, how he is a trusted adviser to the sitting summit and most importantly how he brings out the best in others.

I believe I have said it before, but I shall say it again now; Seraphol represents the best of both worlds, one of the most senior members of the Club who still digs in with, encourages and has fun with the youngest members. The value that provides to the youngest Clan in the Brotherhood cannot be understated.

Arch is one of the most professional, yet fun and laid back members I have ever known in the Brotherhood, a rare combination will serve him well as he rises in the ranks. As an individual member he is a reliable jack of all trades who supports almost all Clan competitions. Since his promotion he has participated in 47 competitions garnering fifteen Crescents for top three placements. He was the only member in COU to haver perfect 11/11 participation in the feud with Plagueis. He has also accumulated 157 Clusters of Fire, 11 Clusters of Earth and 13 Clusters of Ice for his regular activity.

Mako will address this in greater detail but as House Shan’s Aedile and a member of COU’s summit he has proved invaluable. Arch demonstrates boundless initiative that makes him a very reliable member of the summit team. He also demonstrates a thoughtful maturity and insight that has on more than one occasion cause me to adjust Clan policy. He received a Scroll of Indoctrination for personally recruiting Akaarn to the Clan.

Additional reasons: Alethia, better known as Arch, has been a stead fast and reliable part of the Satele Shan summit team. Arch dropped into the position of Aedile with the Odan-Urr v. Plagueis Feud right around the corner, and hit the ground running. With the Feud fast approaching we as a summit were tasked with creating a new planet for the house to inhabit after the Feud. While the planet is still in the tail end of development Arch has been instrumental in continuing and containing the House conversation in a more visible and realistic direction over various forms of communication. He has played a ying to my yang and has helped ground some of my more extreme ideas and bring me back to the task at hand. During the recent Feud Arch was the only member of the entire Clan to participate in every competition offered during the event. He has helped keep lines of communication open with our Battle Teams during all of this to facilitate their incorporation into our future plans. I have come to rely upon Arch as my primary proofer and for assistance on drafting and pushing out the monthly House report as well as putting out his own monthly report. With patience he has played interactive idea board for me as we develop plans for the future of the house. Most recently he has taken a large role in writing recommendations as we trudged through the post Feud awarding phase. If it was not for Arch I do not know where the awards would be now as the last few weeks I have been preoccupied with real life and finishing the last bits of school work before graduation. To say Arch has become essential and irreplaceable to the daily running of Satele Shan would be an understatement.

Arch, You have done much to further the betterment of the house and Clan since becoming my Aedile. I greatly appreciate all you have done and hopefully this Grand Cross is a small way in which I can thank you. Keep up the great work brother.

When I put out a call for new ACC Judges from the newer generation of members, I was elated to read over Archen’s application. Once hired, he wasted no time blasting through the mandatory training all ACC Judges go through--he shadowed a few ACC Matches and Qualification exams before taking on 2 Qualification Exams on his own (with oversight), and then 2 ACC Matches on his own (with oversight).

Since establishing himself as an ACC Judge, Archen has been the most active Judge on the ACC staff. At the time of this writing, he has Graded 10 ACC matches on his own. He has also graded 5 ACC Qualification Exams. Archen handles his duties as a judge in a timely manner and has yet to let down.

On top of his work as a Judge, Archen is an active contributor to ACC Staff discussions. Most recently, he was vocal on the Martial Arts Form discussion, working through some hurdles to help come up with better names for our Martial Arts Forms.

Combined with his stellar work as a Leader in Clan Odan Urr, I think that Archen has more than earned this merit medal. Congratulations, Archen, I appreciate having you on my team.

Darkhawk has been working very hard with maintaining activity within House Marka Ragnos despite having some RL things come up. Most people haven't noticed him as much as he tends to do some work behind the scenes. As Aedile of HMR I've watched a lot of our members get stuff done as best they can. Alot ofnrhem have a great many restraints due to real life issues or events and most end up putting the DJB to the side which in itself is understandable. Darkhawk is not such a person. Regardless of what's going on in his life, which as I understand it is full on right now, he always manages to attack things head on and look out for work to do.

He's an inspiration and I'm proud to know him and be part of this recommendation.
