A small team recently worked on an endeavor known as the ACE PILOT Initiative over the past several months. The original concept was to create a fictional opportunity for members that wanted to explore character development as a pilot; tapping into the same vein as Rogue Squadron’s most infamous pilots: Wedge Antilles, Tycho Celchu, Corran Horn, etc et al. This small initiative transformed into a full blown character development project. It’s finalized version totals in 8 pages in size 11 font. It transforms the now defunct Battle Team Void Squadron into a Legendary Unit where pilots can come together in Clan Arcona. With admittance, members earn access to the elite squadron of Arcona, special ships from the Clan Fleet, and unique opportunities for pilot writing prompts, group run-ons, custom aspects for their character sheets and more. While the final document may be eight pages, the e-mails and exchanges double it from conception to finish. And I am very proud of everyone that worked to bring this project to fruition.

Nikola Valtiere has demonstrated hard work and dedication over the past several months; earning the final merit medal for his collection - an Anteian Cross. Thank you for your continued participation in House Galeres and Clan Arcona.

Since his last award, Nikola has participated in 23 competitions, organized 1 competition, finished 2 ACC Battles, and completed 1 Fiction Activity (769 words). In addition, he has collected two crescents (2 Cr-E), 3 Clusters of Ice, earned a Scroll of the Master and passed 1 Shadow Academy course. Last, but not least, he recently worked on a project called the Ace Pilot Initiative that - in its final form - totals 8 pages in size 11 font. It highlights the history, standards, and unique benefits of belonging to the elite pilot cadre of Clan Arcona; infusing character development and the Clan's history/possessions into one document.

Keep up the great work, Nikola. I look forward to writing many more of these recommendations on your behalf.

Uji Tameike is my right hand. Without him as my Aedile, I honestly do not know if I could tell up from down some days. On the occasion he isn't babysitting his Quaestor, he is also a very productive and active member in our club. Today, I am awarding him an Anteian Cross for that individual activity. Since his last medal, he has participated in 18 competitions, co-organized 10 competitions, submitted 23 PvP Matches, logged 15 PvE Activities, completed 3 Fiction Activities, and completed 1 Shadow Academy course. He has also collected 3 crescents (1 Cr-R, 1 Cr-S, 1 Cr-E), 1 Pendant of Blood, 658 Clusters of Fire, 2 Clusters of Ice, and 28 Clusters of Earth. Thank you, Donny. You are an amazing member and a better leader.
