If one were to look up the definition of “awesome” in the dictionary, I remain firmly convinced you could find a picture of Taranae Rhode. If there is anyone who better embodies the definition of that word (“Extremely impressive or daunting; inspiring great admiration”) anywhere in Clan Plagueis, I’ve yet to meet them. She has been an absolute force when it comes to both activity and leadership in the four months since she was last recognized, acting as the thundering heart of House Ajunta Pall.
As an individual she has entered twenty-eight competitions, earning placements in four of them (one ruby, one sapphire, and two topaz crescents). Parsing that activity through the lense of our recent Between Light and Dark feud with Clan Odan-Urr, however, reveals true excellence. Taranae was the only member to enter all eleven possible events during the feud, and she scored top ten, point-scoring placements in a staggering nine of them. Second place in Battleplan, fourth in Multimedia, fifth in the prologue puzzle, seventh in round one fiction, eighth in round two’s puzzle, fiction, and round one graphics, and finally tenth place in round one gaming. No member of either clan placed in so many events, and Taranae’s performance and 100% participation makes her easily the MVP of Plagueis during the event. In addition to competitions, she’s earned nineteen clusters of fire and twenty clusters of earth from her gaming activity. And, between her two completed ACC matches and general fiction activity, collected three clusters if ice.
Now, all of this activity would be impressive from any general member of the Brotherhood, but it’s made all the more impressive given Taranae’s performance as a leader and Aedile of House Ajunta Pall. Taranae was absolutely integral towards galvanizing her house to the tune of fifty-six overall entries during the course of our feud with Odan-Urr. She’s also been an invaluable member of our summit in general over the past four months, never missing a monthly report while still making sure each one contains valuable information for all of her subordinates. She’s always there on Telegram or via email to provide advice and guidance for our “younglings”, helping shepherd them through the unique quirks of the Brotherhood. As a mentor, her success can be best measured in how she’s there to provide for Plagueis’s future: her service as master to Kul'tak Drol on his path to the rank of Knight.
Taranae has continued to make lasting contributions to Clan Plagueis as a whole and House Ajunta Pall in particular, demonstrating a zealous nature to succeed, remarkable overall activity, and unequaled leadership. Each and every action she takes shows her to be incredibly deserving of this award.

Slagar has covered all of the tangible aspects of Taranae's recent efforts, so it's no secret that she is an absolute bastion of activity within the clan. Instead of rehashing what has already been said, I'd like to speak to the intangible facets of Taranae's efforts. For nearly eight months, I had the distinct pleasure to work with Taranae, first as a BTL, and then as my Aedile. During that time, she showcased her exceptional ability to lead and motivate the members under her care. Taranae is always the first to post a constructive comment on a report, the first to say "I'll do it" when a task or project comes up, and serves as an ever-present voice in the Clan and Summit telegram channels. Taranae gives her absolute best at everything she does in the club, every single day. To say she has earned this award is a massive understatement: Taranae DESERVES this award. Congratulations, Taranae. Thank you for everything you have done, and for all that you will do in the future!
Darth Dracaryis, 2016-04-27 21:06:45 UTC
There is little more I could add about Taranae that hasn’t already been covered by Drac or Slagar, but nevertheless I would like to say my bit. I have worked with many summit members across the Brotherhood, and rarely do they possess the traits that can be found in Taranae. She is extremely approachable, always making the time to converse with the other members of the Clan. Additionally she has a talent to lead by example, having participated in every single competition in the feud to name but one scenario. Taranae is always there ready to help contribute to the club any way she can, and is always willing to do anything that is required of her as an Aedile with the utmost dedication. There isn’t much more you can ask from a member than that.
Taranae can also be found in the Clan channels on telegram daily, consistently providing valuable insight amongst the summit and/or participating in the infamous banter that I have come to appreciate in Plagueis. I hope this Grand Cross can put across how much we appreciate all that she has done and continues to do in service to the club. Thanks for being a pleasure to work with, Taranae. You rock!

Kelly Mendes is by far one of the best members Plagueis has on its roster, and the Between Light and Dark feud that recently concluded between Plagueis and Odan-Urr simply offered her yet another chance to shine. Kelly entered nine of the eleven available events, leading House Karness Muur in participation. More importantly, she took first place in both of the gaming events during the feud (one of only two people to take more than one first place in solo events across the entire feud) and earned ninth place in round one fiction and tenth place in round two graphics. This activity ended up putting Kelly in fourth place overall in the feud. Even though she worked as a force of solo activity, that didn’t stop Kelly from being a team player though. She maintained a presence in our telegram channel all throughout both rounds of the recent event, using the skills she’d developed as Rollmaster in order to light a fire under her clanmates and drive activity unit-wide in a manner that was integral to our victory. Her continued presence and stellar activity during Between Light and Dark show her to be exceedingly deserving of this award.

Kelly is an amazing example of a highly engaged member. Her activity during the recent vendetta-type Feud was exemplary, and unyielding following its completion. Whether it is a new member, a Clan regular, or members of the Clan Summit, her presence and experience continues to provide guidance and confidence in all things. She is an invaluable member of House Karness Muur and Clan Plagueis. Great job, Kelly.

Since his last award four months ago Kul'tak Drol been the definition of an engaged, proactive member of our Clan. Competitively, he has entered fifteen competitions and earned one ruby crescent. One of those competitions was also as a contributor to the battleplan event entry during our recent feud with Clan Odan-Urr, where his contributions helped his team take second place to help propel our victory in the overall event. Outside of competitions, he has really flexed his muscles in the Antei Combat Center while completing four ACC battles (Including being the only Plagueian to advance in the first round of the Journeyman ACC tournament!) while earning eleven clusters of ice. His zealous nature to succeed and competitive contributions show him to be very deserving of this award.

Kul'tak is the embodiment of a growing member. Having worked closely with Kul'tak as both a teammate and his Aedile, he has impressed all those who have had the honour of working with him. Whether an ACC battle or during competitions, Kul'tak brings an open mind and winning disposition to give his best and most positive effort possible.
I am excited to see this member grow over the days to come. Unreal job!

Abadeer Taasii, human dynamo. (Togruta dynamo?) Since his promotion to the rank of Hunter, Abadeer has been a great source of activity and communication in Plagueis. Present on Telegram every day, he’s been a huge part of the effort to build Plagueis into more of a community. On the competition front he’s entered seven events, with two of them being events in our recent clan feud with Odan-Urr: Between Light and Dark. Additionally, Abadeer has gotten his gaming on to the tune of thirteen clusters of fire, sixty clusters of earth, and three pendants of blood. Finally he’s now apparently discovered the ACC, completing two matches there on his way to earning two clusters of ice. His zealous nature to succeed and competitive contributions show him to be very deserving of this award.

House Karness Muur is blessed to have another active member like Abadeer. Whether lending an ear and contributing to the community on Telegram or representing Clan Plagueis in various competitions in the wider Brotherhood, Abadeer has become a staple presence and a constant source of encouragement. This award is definitely well deserved. Bravo!

In the past five months since his last award, Doku Rivendare has exhibited an exceptional amount of activity. Competitively, he has entered seventeen competitions and earned six crescents (one diamond, two sapphire, and three emerald). Five of those competitions, in addition, were during our recent feud with Clan Odan-Urr where he also took fourth place in round two graphics and contributed greatly to our eventual victory. Outside of competitions, he has also completed seven Shadow Academy exams and earned his Dark Maven in philosophy as well. His zealous nature to succeed and competitive contributions show him to be very deserving of this award.

Doku has been without a doubt one of Ajunta Pall’s more pivotal members. Since arriving from Karness Muur back in December this man has been a whirlwind of activity, competing in a large amount of competitions and placing in several of them. Additionally, he has jumped feet first into the Clan feud against Odan-Urr, his activity within the event greatly swaying the balance in our favour. Doku has also been very active amongst the clan channel on telegram, conversing with the other members and making a name for himself in the process with his positive character. Well done on obtaining this Anteian Cross, Doku. You’ve earned it!

Returning from short leave of absence, Armags C’Hiesa has proven himself to be an active force within Dinaari, and Taldryan as a whole. Even before his short time away Armags was one of our fiercest house members, especially when it comes to gaming. Very few members of our Clan are more dependably active than he is, and I find it inspiring to know we have members that can be looked up too as a bar to reach.
Since his last award Armags has participated in 17 competitions. His record as a gamer has earned him a grand total of 494 clusters of earth, and 104 clusters of fire.
I look forward to working more with Armags, and for his dutiful service I proudly recommend him for an Anteian Cross.

Armags loves to game; obvious from the amount of CE's and CF's. The thing you don't understand is more oft than not; he's helping others level. I know this from personal experience. For all the CF's he has; he's probably earned double if he were allowed to count the ones he would have earned by helping others. Merit can be defined as the things you do; within our club. But it is honestly the actions you take; where you do not earn recognition that demand the most from awards of merit. It is of my opinion that Armags deserves recognition for these things; not only as an active member; earning CF's CE's and participating in competition but for the actions that are not recordable.
