Arv has just returned from the Rogues and has been increasing his activity in the past few weeks, participating in 11 competitions since then and has hauled in 3 crescents from those comps, for more than a 25% placement rate. That's terrific and he's setting a great example for the rest of the Clan. Not only that, he's pulled in a pair of Clusters of Ice!
